Open Field / Space in Transit
by Tulio Restrepo Echeverri

Open Field / Space in Transit, recalls the diagrammatic and deterritorialized character of what happens in urban space, characterized by the contrast and relationship of signs, limits, bodies, pulses of time and the flow of urban dweller; delimited by spaces designed, structured and signposted, immersed in the intangible flow of the immaterial pathways of transmission and communication technologies, where the current controlled devices and telecommunications technologies are located, which have literally seeded the urban landscape with artificial telematic forests, as a new nature, to reveal the loneliness of man within the postmodern city, immersed in a watched, captive and controlled community.
